Andy, our maintenance guy, did a great job fixing our ceiling fan and did it in a timely manner.

I'd have to say the Arbors are for down to earth people who enjoy the practical lifestyle of living. Arbors provide all the necessities needed for the average resident. Sure its not luxury, sure their is goods creates about, however, Arbors is a family based community where everyone entrusts their values with each other. Its an affordable and pleasant place to live. Nature stays outside and nurturing stays inside with core principles and values administered. The Arbors is the first stop to building a future in Bloomington IL. I know residents who have stayed and left only to able to build and move to the next level in their lives. Come one, Come all...and stay a while!

The apartment renovations are very nice. Unfortunately, maintenance is slow to react to requests. I've been asking for light bulbs (which were out when I moved in) for a month. Some of the neighbors are a little...inconsiderate, making it hard to sleep for a working adult.

Everyone I have run into is so friendly and welcoming. This not only includes my neighbors, but the staff as well. I come from Chicago, so the rent here blew me away! The Arbors at Eastland has anything you could ask for, pool, workout facility, and laundry all in one easy place. My particular apartment's layout is spacious and flows wonderfully. I love it here!

That i love my apartment. I couldn't ask for more living space for what i pay. I don't get the chance to use them often but there are lots of amenities available to tenants and their children. I enjoy living here.

I have lived here for over three years and for the most part find that i enjoy my living experience. I do have a few issues that i have addressed with that office about maintenance that have never been addressed.

This is a good value for the money. There are some small problems, but they are few. The one really bad problem is insulation!!! My window panes are loose, and then the maintenance workers cracked the glass while trying to fix the issue. The front doors also have bad insulation because there is an odor in the corridor from my neighbors. Otherwise, it's nice living here.

I could give a somewhat negative review of the Arbors, but it would be unfair because ot the price I am paying for the 1 bed apartment bases on the same price I could be paying for a comparable 1 bedroom elsewhere in the same general location. So, in light of this, I give the 1 bedroom I am staying in a fairly good review based on the financial amount I am paying for it per month. For instance, there are a few bugs, but extremely little. There are not any major plumbing difficulties nor anything else. Everything seems to be in fairly good order. Many of the fixture tend to be older and worn down some. But again, for the price, it's only what you would expect. Nothing is anything in the extreme. And everything works fairly well. As for the "environment," or the neighbors, it's the same kind of deal. I could complain SOME about this, but everything is extremely minor. For instance, there is relatively very little noise. Occasionally there is some commotion outside, or in other apartments, but as for what I am paying, or the nature of apartment complexes in themselves, it's only what is expected. So again, no major issues. The landscaping is nice, although can get noisy at times when they are working on it. But, the end product is nice to look at.
